Delete your account in the app
Adventures in Hetheria already includes a self-service Delete Account feature. You can delete your account directly inside the application. This is the primary deletion method.
- Sign in to Adventures in Hetheria.
- Open the application’s account/settings area.
- Locate the Delete Account option.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review and complete the confirmation process.
What account deletion does
Deleting your account is intended to delete your Adventures in Hetheria account and associated user-created account data according to the application’s deletion behavior.
Associated data may include:
- Saved characters, character selections, and statistics;
- Character skills and abilities;
- Character notes;
- Inventory and equipment information;
- Character preferences and character-specific themes; and
- Other user-created character data associated with the account.
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or operational requirements. Bug reports and support communications may have separate retention needs. No fixed retention timeframe is specified. See the Privacy Policy’s data retention section for more information.
Cannot use self-service deletion?
If you cannot access your account or the app, encounter an error using Delete Account, or need assistance, contact support. You can request account and associated data deletion assistance by email without signing in to the app.
When possible, contact us from the email address associated with your Adventures in Hetheria account so ownership can be verified. Tell us that you want help deleting your account and describe any problem using the in-app feature. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
